Dr. Curtis established his practice of orthodontics in June, 1999. His office was previously located in the Limestone Business Center, but is now located at 2610 Smile Lane, which is across from Burger King and behind German American Bank on 16th Street and Central Avenue.
Directions to the office:
From the South:
Take 37 North to the 16th St. stop light.
Turn right (east) on 16th street and continue through 2 stop lights.
Turn right (South) at the third light (by Burger King) which is Central Avenue.
Turn right on Smile Lane and proceed to the building on the East side of the parking lot.
From the North:
Take 37 South to the 16th St. stop light.
Turn left (east) on 16th street and follow the directions above.
From the East:
Take 50 West to Bedford. Follow 50 to 16th St.
You will pass through one stop light after passing the Bedford Junior High School stop
light (on the right).
Turn left at the Central Avenue stop light and follow the directions above.
